Travail au sein d’une équipe de rééducation (kinésithérapeutes, ergothérapeutes, orthophoniste, diététiciennes) et en pluridisciplinarité avec les équipes soignantes.
Présence d’une autre psychomotricienne sur le pôle Hébergement et Soins Gériatriques.

L’établissement bénéficie d’une filière gériatrique quasi complète s’articulant autour de trois pôles cliniques :- Le pôle « médecine et réadaptation » : 36 lits de court séjour gériatrique dont 6 lits en unité d’hospitalisation sécurisée, 60 lits en soins de suite et de réadaptation, 10 lits en unité de soins palliatifs gériatriques, 12 places en hôpital de jour gériatrique, 1 équipe mobile de soins palliatifs gériatriques, 1 plateau technique d’investigation, 1 plateau technique de rééducation.- Le pôle « hébergement et soins gériatriques » : 104 lits d’unités de soins de longue durée, 461 lits en établissements d’hébergement pour personnes âgées dépendantes dont 60 lits en unités de vie protégée et 10 lits en hébergement temporaire, 14 lits en petite unité de vie, 35 places en service de soins infirmiers à domicile pour personnes âgées, 15 places en accueil de jour, 1 plateforme d’accompagnement et de répit, 1 plateforme gérontologique de télésanté, 14 places au pôle d’activités et de soins adaptés.- Le pôle « accompagnement handicaps » : 37 lits en foyer d’accueil médicalisé, 93 lits en foyer d’accueil spécialisé, 17 lits en foyer d’hébergement pour travailleurs handicapés, 10 places en accueil de jour.- ainsi que d’un pôle « management et logistique ».
